Please ONLY use this form to report a problem within your property - Please carefully read the information below and if the issue is an EMERGENCY (a fault that threatens further harm to persons or property), please email our dedicated emergency team at general@gordianandco.com -

When our office is closed, our out-of-hours team should only be called in case of an emergency. For non-emergencies, please use the form below and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please bear in mind that if the problem is not deemed to be an emergency, you may be liable for the call-out charge.

If you smell Gas, vacate the property and then please contact - National Gas Emergencies 0800 111 999

If you have no power to the property please contact - The National Grid 24-hour line 0800 404 090 (Please check first that fuses have not simply tripped, or whether there is a power cut).

Broken windows or doors following a break-in - you must report any break-ins or attempted break-ins to the Police in the first instance and obtain a crime reference number.

Please make them aware of any damage so that this detail can be noted on their records. A contractor will attend to temporarily board up the window/door and make the property safe. They would then re-attend during office hours to replace any glass to the window/door as required.

If you have a blocked drain/sink/toilet, please attempt to unblock using appropriate products in the first instance.

If you are locked out due to loss of keys, please contact a locksmith. Please note this will be at your own cost so ensure that you obtain a quote before proceeding.

Please note, if it is not deemed an emergency and an engineer has been called to attend out-of-office hours then you may be liable for the non-emergency element of the cost.
